About Mugo Pine
Sold as a dwarf and frequently is not. Seedling-grown plants can reach fifteen feet, so buy a named dwarf cultivar if size matters. To keep it compact, snap the new candles in half by hand in late spring rather than shearing, which leaves brown needle stubs.
